Refund Policy

We understand that plans can change. Here's our detailed refund policy for each type of service booked through MyTravelOn.

1. Flights

- Flight refunds are subject to airline rules.
- If eligible, refunds will be processed after deducting applicable cancellation charges.
- Some fares may be non-refundable.
- Refunds may take 5–10 business days after airline approval.

2. Hotels

- Hotel bookings are refundable only if canceled within the permitted cancellation window mentioned at the time of booking.
- No-shows or late cancellations may be non-refundable.

3. Cabs

- Cab bookings can be canceled up to 24 hours before the pickup time for a full refund.
- If canceled within 24 hours or if the cab is missed, charges may apply or refund may not be issued.

4. Refund Process

- Refunds are processed back to the original payment method.
- You will be notified via email once a refund is initiated.
- The time it takes to reflect depends on your bank/payment gateway.
